It familiarizes the faculty with curriculum development, teaching-learning\nmethodologies, assessment and evaluation techniques, ICT-enabled teaching-learning, and\nuniversity rules and regulations etc. For newly appointed teachers, the Faculty Induction\nProgramme(FIP) is mandatory to be completed within one year of appointment. In order to\ncomplete all the modules, it will require 144 hours, including some project work and field\nvisits\/surveys. The duration of the programme will be of 4 weeks.<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0dec4e1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0dec4e1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Hospitality for Participants\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7c05e8f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7c05e8f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Rs.500\/ per working day per participant will be paid to the MMTTC for providing hospitality\n(includes boarding, tea and snacks, and working lunch) and there is no reimbursement of\nhospitality expenses to participants.
